Access to Food includes proximity to food sources, and satisfaction with the number of food options available.

20% of adults aged 60 and older are not completely satisfied with the amount of food options available (reported somewhat satisfied or less). When we look at the data by race and income, we see higher percentages of African Americans and low and mid-income groups who are not completely satisfied with the amount of food options available compared to the White population and highest income group, respectively.
