Issue-specific Action Teams comprised of residents and organizational representatives will be built around the six focus areas of the initiative.
Action Teams will be responsible for making data-informed decisions around priorities and action. Once an Action Team is launched, organizations and community members will work together to incorporate continuous improvement practices, identify and spread best practices, and develop collaborative projects to address any gaps in services.
